1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FirmFlow AI ("Platform"), owned and operated by Blyno Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

FirmFlow AI is a practice management and AI booking assistant platform designed exclusively for law firms and legal professionals in Tamil Nadu, India. By using this Platform, you represent that you are a licensed attorney or authorized representative of a law firm.

2. Use of Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person
• Obscene or offensive language or content
• Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue within our Platform
• Use the Platform for any illegal purposes or violations of Bar Council of India guidelines
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform or networks connected to it
• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems without explicit authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in India

4. Acceptable Use & Professional Conduct

As a law firm using FirmFlow AI, you agree to maintain professional standards and comply with all applicable bar council regulations and rules of professional conduct. Specifically:

• You will not use the Platform to provide unauthorized legal services
• You will maintain attorney-client privilege and confidentiality
• You will not misrepresent your qualifications or license status
• You will comply with Bar Council of India guidelines on client communication
• You will not engage in solicitation that violates professional conduct rules
• All consultation bookings must be for legitimate legal matters

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform (including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, and layout) are owned by Blyno Solutions, licensed to FirmFlow AI, or its content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your law firm's benefit.

You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the underlying technology
• Use the Platform for competing services
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

6. User-Generated Content

Any information, content, or data you input into the Platform (case notes, client details, consultation records) remains your property. However, you grant FirmFlow AI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Store and maintain your data on secure servers
• Use anonymized data for platform improvements and analytics
• Create backups and ensure data recovery

We will never share your client data with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. AI Assistant & Booking Accuracy

FirmFlow AI uses Claude AI to power the booking assistant. While we strive for accuracy, the AI may occasionally make errors. You agree to:

• Review and confirm all bookings made by the AI
• Not rely solely on the AI for critical legal or scheduling decisions
• Manually verify client information before consultations
• Report any errors or issues to our support team immediately

We are not liable for any errors or misunderstandings that result from AI-generated responses.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid for the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability & Uptime

FirmFlow AI maintains a 99.9% uptime service level agreement (SLA). However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance or experience unforeseen outages. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance whenever possible.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from temporary service interruptions.

11. Data Backup & Loss

We maintain regular backups of your data. However, we recommend you maintain your own backups of critical information. In the event of data loss due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will make efforts to restore your data but cannot guarantee complete recovery.

12. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Violate bar council rules or professional conduct standards
• Repeatedly misuse the Platform
• Fail to pay fees for 30 days after due date

Upon termination, we will provide you access to your data for a reasonable period (typically 30 days) for export. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FirmFlow AI, Blyno Solutions, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform in violation of these terms
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Your violation of bar council rules or professional conduct standards
• Any content or data you input into the Platform

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu for any legal proceedings.

Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage both parties to attempt resolution through mutual discussion and good faith negotiation.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
